Consequences
Violations of this policy result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
Serious misconduct, including harassment, threats, or violence, may result in immediate termination and referral to appropriate legal authorities.
Reporting Procedures
If you experience or witness discrimination, harassment, or retaliation:
- Report the matter immediately to a supervisor, project manager, or company leadership.
- All reports are handled seriously, confidentially, and investigated promptly.
- Retaliation against individuals making good-faith reports or participating in investigations is strictly prohibited.
- Anonymous reports may be reviewed if sufficient information is provided for action.
